Our classes are fantastic fun-filled and dynamic sessions. They teach you how to stand, punch, strike, and kick. They also teach you how to stand your ground and walk and talk with increased confidence. We work on discipline, assertiveness, and self-belief.
Our classes will teach you all the essential self defence skills against the most common attacks women face. But beyond that, we also teach you how to recognise a dangerous situation before it develops and if possible how to deescalate it.
We will give you the skills and tools to become more street-aware and switched on.
With regular attendance, you will learn amazing skills for self defence, whilst increasing your stamina, fitness, and building both your physical and mental strength.
