Do I need previous experience to join the classes?
No experience is required. We welcome complete beginners as well as students with previous Martial Arts experience.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable sports clothing and a bottle of water are enough for your first session. Uniforms can be arranged later if you decide to continue.
What age groups can train at the academy?
Training is suitable for children (5+), teenagers, and adults, with training adapted to each age group
How often should I train each week?
Students can opt to train either once or twice a week, depending on their schedule and goals
Is the training focused on self-defence or martial arts?
Our training lessons are based on Kung Fu, a Chinese martial art with a strong focus on self-defence. In our classes we combine the traditional aspects of Kung Fu with practical self-defence techniques that can be applied in real situations. This approach helps students develop discipline, confidence, and the ability to protect themselves.
