Comfortable sports clothing and a bottle of water are enough for your first session. Uniforms can be arranged later if you decide to continue.

Training is suitable for children (5+), teenagers, and adults, with training adapted to each age group

Students can opt to train either once or twice a week, depending on their schedule and goals

Our training lessons are based on Kung Fu, a Chinese martial art with a strong focus on self-defence. In our classes we combine the traditional aspects of Kung Fu with practical self-defence techniques that can be applied in real situations. This approach helps students develop discipline, confidence, and the ability to protect themselves.
